01: Initial Contact

We initially ask you to complete the online  wedding form and to send a  couple of photos to better understand your vision.

02: Consultation

We will invite you to a consultation, to discuss your floral arrangements in detail.

03: Quote & Mood Board

After our meeting, we will create your quote along with a personalised mood board that includes inspiration photos related to the styles, colours, and designs we discussed, as well as proposed flowers for your special day. 

04:Booking Confirmation

Once you are happy with the quote and floral plan, and your booking is secured and confirmed, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the quote fee is required to secure your floral date. This deposit will be deducted from your final invoice. We won’t need to communicate again until eight weeks before your wedding date, but will always be contactable if you want to discuss

05:Pre-date Meeting

Eight weeks prior the wedding date, we will reach out to finalise details and schedule a final planning meeting at our studio on the Market Street with your wedding planner and/or yourselves to browse agree the rentals, ribbons, and any other items that maybe required by Blossoms and Co, like the stationary if so required.

06: FINAL INVOICE

Once the final finer details are finalised, we will send you an invoice for the final balance, along with a receipt for the full payment received.
